FormulaOne™ Performance Automotive Film (the product) is sold with a nationwide lifetime warranty by the manufacturer, CP Films Inc., against cracking, crazing, demetalizing, delaminating, or color change when installed by an authorized FormulaOne™dealer.

In the event the product is found to be defective. It will be fully replaced at no charge to you by a FormulaOne™ dealer. The warranty card or proof of purchase, showing the type of film and date of installation, must be presened to the FormulaOne™ dealer to receive warranty service. Most vehicles come from the manufacturer with some degree of tinting on the windows. Thus, it is important to realize that the application of window film will result in a somewhat lower light transmission (VLT) than if the film were applied to completely clear glass. So, since window film laws vary from state to state, check your local laws to be sure your FormulaOne selection is in compliance with them. Your FormulaOne dealer can advise you on the specific laws within your state.
